Role Model Program

Today’s youth are in need of role models in every aspect of their lives. We at FDMS Inc. believe that role models and mentors are the most valuable when they come from within the community. That is why we have developed the Healthy Community Role Model Program.

The Healthy Community Role Model Program aims to honour those in your community that positively contribute to the health of your people. FDMS Inc. will provide communities with up to two free awards per year (Long Term Care Facilities are eligible for one additional award) that can be given to the recipients of your choice. The great features of this program include:

• The criteria for an award is determined by you and your community or facility. This allows you to reward areas specific to your current community health initiatives.
• Participation in this Program is free and does not require a minimum level of sales volume with our company.
• Each award can be proudly displayed at home or in an office.
• FDMS Inc. staff will present this award in a formal manner at a Health Fair or other event of your choosing.

What do we ask for in return?
The Program is free and all you have to do is register your community. We would ask for the opportunity to come in and give a one hour presentation to the Health Management Team for your community or Centre. There is no obligation to purchase anything from FDMS or to commit to any future presentations. We want to show you, in person, what we can do.
